So, that whole not-rushed-at-the-last-minute thing didn't go as well as planned. I think it went decently well, though.

For those of you who remember the theme week I had mentioned a while ago, it's still in the works and should premier after New Year's day.

In my defence of this comic, I was up until slightly after nine in the morning today, and woke up at 1:20. You cannot get any decent work done at nine in the morning.

I'll probably put something else up here today, but no promises - I also plan to buy a tablet tomorrow, which should simplify, streamline, and substantially update the whole process.

Oh Dr. Who, making us afraid to throw chicken wings into shadows. (Do I get points? :D)

It can't be insane, though!
Look at our ancestors- the cavemen. With only fire to protect them, they were probably terrified come nightfall, thus creating the need to find somewhere to be safe.
Maybe this survival tactic has carried onto us like the other used to be useful things that we have still. Like wisdom teeth or our pancreases.

@ DerrickMichael5 - Pfft! Cavemen were sissies! Real cavemen wouldn't have been scared of the dark.
That said, they did have some nasty stuff to contend with...
Okay, you've got a point - but in modern times, it's kind of an inconvenience. If a killer's going to kill you, it won't matter whether it's night or day - humans are neither diurnal nor nocturnal...usually.

@ Macey - Yeah, you get the points for this one...maybe I should work in some clause for that, though...

No I see what you mean
When I was young, it wasn't night or day that affected me, it was just being in the dark and not knowing what was beyond that black veil of containment.
But I see what you mean, though I however do have to say that a view the dark a tad more dangerous because people with a criminal mentality tend to want to capitalize with everybody presumably asleep and all.

Yeah, you've got a point there - and I'd be willing to bet that thieves and muggers, anybody who leaves witnesses, really, would probably be a lot more active at night.

The dark is good.
It takes away the wall - removes the limits - expands the possibilities.

All Hail the Dark!

Precisely - most see darkness, they see the unknown, and they're frightened because they don't know it.

Don't fear, embrace it; look at it as a blank canvas of infinite possibilities.
