I'd like people to look at this thing right here, it's the above image done in grayscale. On second thought, I don't think I prefer it.

I think I'll try one greyscale from scratch, rather than de-colourizing a colour image - that will probably turn out even better.
Good to hear that the Avatar's being received well.
If anybody wants, I will gladly make one for them - just tell me what you want, and try to keep it as short as possible...that 200kb filesize cap is a real clincher.
It doesn't need to be like mine, either, it could be a prop, or a character, or whatever - but more complex things will take me longer to model.
